Sean Flynn, CD

Chief Executive Officer

Sean Flynn brings over a decade of experience in project management, operations, and capital markets support across the natural resource sector. As CEO of Avventura Resources, Mr. Flynn is responsible for corporate strategy, stakeholder engagement, and advancing the Company’s exploration initiatives.
Mr. Flynn has worked closely with technical teams, advisors, and capital markets professionals to guide early-stage projects through key growth phases. His leadership approach emphasizes disciplined execution, transparency, and long-term value creation for shareholders.
Anthony Balic, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Anthony Balic is a Chartered Professional Accountant with extensive experience in public company reporting, financial controls, and regulatory compliance. As CFO, Mr. Balic oversees Avventura’s financial strategy, reporting obligations, and corporate governance.
His background includes supporting early-stage resource companies through periods of growth, financing, and operational development, ensuring strong financial stewardship and investor confidence.
Mike Lundgren
Director
Mikael Lundgren brings international experience in mining, exploration strategy, and corporate development. He has worked across multiple jurisdictions and commodities, contributing technical insight and strategic oversight to exploration-stage companies.
As a Director of Avventura Resources, Mr. Lundgren provides guidance on project evaluation, exploration planning, and long-term growth strategy.
Eric Allard

Director

Eric Allard is a geological engineer with over two decades of exploration and operations management experience across the mining, oil & gas, and engineering sectors. He has held senior leadership roles, including VP of Operations at multiple junior mining companies operating in Canada and Africa.
Mr. Allard has served as a Director of Avventura Resources since April 2022 and is a registered member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
John Hiner

Director

John Hiner is a seasoned geologist with more than 45 years of exploration experience in geothermal energy, precious metals, and industrial minerals. He has been instrumental in eight resource discoveries, five of which have advanced to active production.
Since 2009, Mr. Hiner has focused on lithium exploration and currently serves as Director and Chairman of Avventura Resources. He has been with the Company since November 2024 and with Avventura BC since April 2022.
